Return Policy Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn jewelry to us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange it or refund your money, minus shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same packaging they were shipped in (pouches or boxes).

All returned items must be returned with a copy of your original order along with an explanation of why they are being returned. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods. All returns must be postage paid. We will not accept returns C.O.D.
